Shipping Policy
Overview
The Tobacco Seed Company trades as Tobacco Seed Shop and is based in the United Kingdom. We dispatch tobacco seeds by post worldwide from England.
Where we deliver
We ship to most countries worldwide. You are responsible for ensuring import of tobacco seeds is lawful in your country. See our International Orders page for customs and import notes.
Postage and packing
Postage and packing is £2.50 per order — a flat worldwide rate, regardless of destination or how many seed packs you order.
Pack sizes
Seeds are sold in packs of 100, 200, or 500 seeds per variety.
Dispatch time
Orders are usually posted within 24 hours of payment. During busy periods this may take up to 48 hours. We email you when your order has been dispatched.
Delivery time
Delivery typically takes 2–10 days depending on your country and postal service. Please allow 14 days from dispatch before contacting us about a non-arrival.
How orders are packed
Seeds are sent in a plain white window envelope, bubble wrapped for protection in transit.
Delivery address
Stripe Checkout collects your delivery address when you pay. That is the address we use for posting. Please check it carefully before completing payment. If you notice an error after paying, email us immediately at info@tobaccoseedshop.com.
Pelleted seeds
Pelleted seed varieties are available to UK mainland addresses only (England, Scotland, and Wales).
No collection in person
We do not have a shop or collection point. All orders are fulfilled by post.
